Colin has more than 30 years of experience pioneering the latest technologies within the ASEAN region, involved in the Industrial IoT/M2M, automation, energy & environmental business since the mid-’80s. In addition, Colin provides mentorship and advisory services to the industry, especially focused on regional SMEs implementing digital transformation in line with the emerging Industry 4.0 concepts.

Colin is a certified Digital Transformation Management professional, IoT specialist, and MIT Sloan School of Management Executive program alumnus in Artificial Intelligence and IoT. Held BSc of Business Administration (BBBA) from RMIT Australia and author of two books, “Smart Factory” and “Industry 4.0 : Navigating the Manufacturing in ASEAN.”

Colin was the President of the Singapore Industrial Automation Association from 2001-2005. He was Vice-Chair of the Industry Committee of Energy Efficiency (ICEE) under the Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore (SEAS), a sub-committee under Singapore’s National Climate Change Committee. Current member of the IoT Technical Committee of the IT Standards Committee (ITSC) and International Society of Automation (ISA) member. Founding member of “AI Asia Expo & Conference”. Based in Singapore, Colin is currently a Senior Business Development Manager and Industry 4.0 consultant at LKH Precicon Pte Ltd. (An wholly owned subsidiary of Tai Sin Electric Limited)

Colin is a technology evangelist and driving force of Industry 4.0. He delivered dozens of insightful industry papers and influential speeches at key regional conferences and business forums. In addition, he was featured in the Channel News Asia (CNA) Start-Up Televised series as an industry expert and member of the Advisory Committee of Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Singapore.
